Dining at Cafe Laguna, especially at their SM City Cebu branch has always been, most of the time, the family's unanimous choice for lunch whenever we visit the mall.  This dining experience was part of my 45-day vacation / foodie journey, during the third quarter of 2017, to my home city.  Since I was on "vacation" mode, the best way to rekindle with my favored restaurant was to check out and try what was new on the menu. And that time, we were fortunate that a new dish was out, and it was promoted right on our table. Hello, KANSI ! We decided to spend a few days in Davao City to visit family and some relatives on the week of December last year.  Yes, this is another throwback to my travels with foods for 2016.  Whenever we travel to Davao City, we always checked-in at Legaspi Suites . Kinder Bueno Milk Chocolate Coated Wafer is one of my favorites go-to snacks (if available in our fridge!) I have already posted a Kinder Bueno Chocolate Coated Wafer food review previously, you can see it HERE .  However, it does not include the WHITE  variant.   The original MILK CHOCOLATE variant.  The WHITE variant which looks totally different from the other two variants.  I thought there were only two variants of this brand of coated wafer: original / milk chocolate and dark chocolate, so I made a food review of them last year, see HERE .   But when I arrived in Doha, Qatar, I discovered that there is a white version too and I needed to update my food review on Kinder Bueno wafers.  More photos... My family frequents BANANA LEAF in Ayala Center Cebu either for lunch or dinner.  We have dined in this restaurant several times but this is my second feature about this fusion restaurant.  See HERE for my 2010 blog post. BANANA LEAF is a multi-awarded in international restaurant that pioneered introduction of  Southeast Asian cuisine to Filipino diners since 2001 through the authentic delights of modern Malaysian, Singaporean, Thai, Indian, Vietnamese and Indonesian foods.
