Memories that have etched significant impact in our lives are forever worth reminiscing and sharing.  It took me this long to unravel a four-year-old momentous happening from one of my travels in Bangkok, Thailand which deserves to be out in the open, now.  I am thrilled to narrate and publicize in details this bygone yet seemingly fresh memory which I feel vivacious just by the thought of reliving it. I was quite apprehensive yet too excited to arrive at the location.  I was only given with the address of the restaurant. I have only learned two Thai phrases, and with no wifi connection on my gadget nor cell phone number of my contact to make use of in case we ( I have a companion, by the way) get lost.  Successfully, with an unintentional slight detour by the Thai taxi driver, we made it on time before the event started.   So what was the event? My 5-day vacation in Bangkok, Thailand did not end when our plane took off from the Land of Smiles.  The vacation was not left forgotten nor was just being stored in my memory.  It was shared, it was made known to many. I have had the best chance to impart my happy experiences to a lot of people and most especially gave a guide on where to shop - for fashion items - in Bangkok.  Having been to Thailand for the fourth time, see HERE , there's still more to see, more to experience, more to taste, more to explore, more to discover but I felt that it was the absolute time to publicize, to promote, to broadcast how amazing Thailand is in my own little ways. Ice cream and sundae's is not my most favorite kind of dessert, but when the main reason is to quench the almost parched throat due to heat ( either because of the climate of the day or because of having eaten hot spices), I am certainly on the go for something sweet and cold! After almost 4 hours of wandering and shopping at the vicinity of Victory Monument, we decided to rest our feet and filled our empty stomach with a good meal at Kentucky Fried Chicken in Center One Shopping Complex. There are people who would discourage eating at familiar fast food chains whenever travelling to other countries.  But I would do the opposite. I love eating fast foods chains from other countries as I am definitely certain that each country would have their own rendition of the their menu. Kentucky Fried Chicken is an American fast food chain but is globally visible and popular.  From the countries that I have been to, I have tasted KFC in Indonesia and in Thailand.  In comparison, Bangkok, Thailand's rendition of their deep-fried chicken and other foods in their menu are far more better, more mouthwatering than that in Jakarta, Indonesia, and also better than in the Philippines.
