Food Review: Oishi Popcorns

Popcorns are irresistibly enjoyable snacks to nibble. These are popcorns from the brand OISHI , made from the Philippines by the company Liwayway Holdings Company Limited. The CARAMEL and CHEESE combination is the newest flavor introduction and I can say that they did an amazing leap to this combination.  It is indeed tasty where in saltiness and sweetness comes at a balance. The CARAMEL flavor is the original popcorn flavor the food manufacturing company has produced and I have loved it since the first time I have tasted this popcorn flavor.  But they gave a new look to their packaging design probably later part of 2016. Though I love CHOCOLATE flavor, but this popcorn flavor from Oishi does not totally meet my "standards" for something chocolaty.   There is always too much room for improvement. Among the three flavors, my first in rank is the Caramel, second is Caramel and Cheese and the third but not the least is the Chocolate. ...

Food Review: Jack and Jill's Coated Pretzels

It's snack time and why not take out those four different flavors of coated knot pretzels from Jack and Jill megabrand! These snack products is a Filipino pride since it is made by Universal Ro bina Corporation. Jack and Jill's knot pretzels now comes in four toothsome variants:  1. Choco Knots - Chocolate Coated Pretzels (brown color) 2. Berry Knots - Strawberry Cream Coated Pretzels (pink color) 3. Milk Knots - Milk Coated Chocolate Pretzels (cream color) 4. Choco Knots Blast - Chocolate Coated Chocolate Pretzels (dark brown color) My most favorite flavor is the CHOCO KNOTS - Chocolate Coated Pretzel.  This was the first among the four that came out from the group.  I love the crispiness of the pretzels and the milk chocolate coating is pleasurably tasty. Cafe Chronicles: Bo's Coffee

From among the array of local coffee shops in the Philippines, Bo's Coffee comes first in my list. This particular branch of the coffee shop is in Star Mall Minglanilla, Cebu.  The place is indeed cozy, perfect for chitchat with bff's, browsing the world wide web (as wifi connection is available), reading your favorite Nicholas Sparks novel and coffee date with your "partner-in-crime". Hot latte and my all-time favorite CHOCOLATE CHIP froccino .  I have never tasted other flavors of their frappes, only Chocolate Chip, I am simply loyal (very seldom being experimental), like that. I tasted their brownies too. This is what I wore on our coffee date at Bo's Coffee on a weekend, see HERE for more of it. Is Bo's Coffee, your favorite too?  Share your stories. Let's drink coffee, and Live in style, everyday!
