Whenever I visit cafes or coffee shops, I promised to never miss tasting their version of my favorite frappe, either chocolate chip or java chip. Soda Cafe's version is Triple Oreo frappe. My rating is 7 of 10.
This gigantic "cute" teddy bear is the centerpiece of Soda Cafe.
